  • 1 Cup Frozen strawberries
  • 1 Cup Alternative milk I use oat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tsps Honey
  • 4 leaves Mint
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Fresh ginger
