You’ll need:

1 can chickpeas
3 carrots
1 celery stalk
1 red pepper
Handful of fresh cilantro and parsley
1 avocado

You can also add a can of black beans but I didn’t have any left!
Dressing:
Juice of 1/2 lemon
3 tbsps. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Rinse and dry your chickpeas
Chop all vegetables in small bite size pieces.
