Okay this is my new favourite for my girls and it has a secret ingredient. The base of this yummy pudding is avocado and guess what, my kids don’t know it. This is such an easy and fun way to pack fiber, great fats and tons of nutrients such as vitamin Bs and Ks. Not to mention, it takes 5 mins to make, it’s raw and only has three ingredients. Cacao, is ingredient number three and also happens to be one of my favourites. It is one of today’s modern superfoods full of antioxidants, fat, carbohydrates, protein the list goes on. It also contains something called theobromine, which is non-addictive natural stimulant. Hopefully this well help the brain neurons fire in the classroom!

Servings: 4 servings
  • 2 Ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup Cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Maple syrup
  1. Peel and remove pit of avocado.

  2. Place all ingredients inside a blender (vitamix or blendtech or whatever you have).

  3. Mix on high speed for about 2 mins.

  4. You will have to stop and scrape down the sides.

  5. Serve as is or chill and then serve.
