This oatmeal has staying power. I’m not sure about your life, but mine is constantly on the go and I need a breakfast that stays with me. My girls also do varying degrees of this oatmeal, I think they like it for the almond butter and maple syrup! I love it for them, cause I can get some extra goodness in them with the flax and pumpkin seeds. Great omega’s and immune boosting foods!

Course: Breakfast, Snack
Servings: 1 serving
  • 1/2 cup oats boiled
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • pinch flax seeds
  • sprinkle pumpkin seeds
  • sprinkle coconut flakes
  • splash almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup to add some more sweetness!
  1. Boil oats (direction on package – usually double the water to oats, boil, don’t forget to stir)

  2. Add tsp of almond butter

  3. Sprinkle all other dry ingredients

  4. Add the almond milk then the maple syrup
