Who wants healthy jam thumbprint cookies? Everyone apparently! These are considered breakfast cookies, yep, that healthy. They are also vegan and gluten free. So, I slightly modified this from @ohsheglows and by modify, I mean I added chocolate. Lol. My kids eat healthy food much better with chocolate. I used the chia jam I made too, it is so simple and quick.

Ingredients:
2 cups gluten-free oats
1 cup mashed very ripe banana
2 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp flax
1 tsp cinnamon
Large pinch of sea salt

Method:
Mix together, make balls with mixture, press spot for jam, fill thumbprint with jam, bake 13 mins at 350. Let cool and top with melted chocolate or peanut butter if you really want to be healthy.
