ONE POT RECIPE 👇 This is probably my kids second favourite meal and it has stood the test of time. My Mom makes this for them all the time and they ask for it by name “Granny’s Stew”. Recipe link in my bio or the quick version below.

You will need:
Chop 1 Onion, 2 cloves of garlic, roughly 5 lg carrots and 5 medium potatoes (or 2 lg sweet potatoes). Mix the above ingredients with 2 tbsps. of your favourite oil (I use avocado) and salt and pepper or seasoning salt.

Method:
Place these ingredients in an oven safe pan and line the bottom as a first layer.
Add 1.5 lbs of lean ground beef as the next layer.
Pour 1 can of baked beans over top and spread as next layer.
Then pour I can of tomato soup over that.
Cover and bake for 60 mins.
Stir and serve.
