Grandma Joan we made your peanut butter energy balls and we decided to give the recipe to our followers to make other kids happy. We love them and we miss you!! Peanut Butter Energy Balls:
1 cup oats (I use old fashioned not instant)
3/4 cup Cheerios
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup mini dairy free choc chipits
1. Grind oats & Cheerios until for 10 secs in blender & put in bowl
2. Add maple syrup & peanut butter & mix until dough forms.
3. Add choc chips
This dough gets very sticky & hard to work with. You can add more oats & Cheerios or peanut butter to make it easier to roll into balls. You can’t go wrong if the ingredients aren’t exact, they taste good any which way.
