- 1 1/2 cup Oats (you can also use gluten-free oats)
- 1/4 cup Hemp seeds
- 2 tsps Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 2 Ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup Unsweetned applesauce
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 tbsp Maple syrup (or honey)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, oats, hemp seeds, cinnamon and salt and mix well.
In a second bowl, mash bananas then add applesauce, vanilla and maple syrup.
Combine wet ingredients and dry ingredients together, mixing well.
Grease a 12 cup muffin pan with either butter or coconut oil
Scoop a large tablespoon of mixture into each cup, hollowing ou the centre to create cups
Bake in oven for 20 mins
