Every day should be a waffle day. (They are also gluten free and vegan).

Recipe:
2 ripe bananas mashed
1 cup oat milk (or your favourite)
1 tbsp oil (I used coconut oil)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tap vanilla

Mix together.
1 1/4 cup oat flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tap salt

Mix together.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and pour into your preheated waffle maker.
My waffle maker is old and I need a replacement, hopefully yours works better than mine.
Don’t have a waffle maker? Make them as pancakes
